TIGER WOODS won the pound;4.1m Accenture Match Play final by a record margin as he blew away Stewart Cink 8&7.

Top seed Woods quickly established his dominance over fellow American Cink in the 36-hole final, emphatically posting his sixth consecutive victory worldwide.

“This is certainly the best stretch I think I’ve ever played,” Woods said, after recording the most comprehensive win in the final of the event, bettering the previous record 6&5 victory by David Toms in 2005.
